(Faith Formation Education)

To enroll your child in the program, download and complete our Forms
or come by the Religious Education Office to pick up a registration packet.

If you have a son or daughter wishing to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation, please contact the Office at your earliest convenience. To enroll your child in the program, download and complete our Forms or come by the Religious Education Office to pick up a registration packet.  You will be able to register for Confirmation on ?.
